For jobs which have failed Engineering, require additional external Engineering, additional time to design and the need to provide an estimate quote, there is now the ability to determine the design quote with failed Engineering.
There are 2 options per license,
Admin - only a dealer Admin level can obtain the price
All User - all users on the license can obtain a price
The default option is Admin only can price with failed Engineering, you will need to instruct your Account Manager if you want to change the option to All users in your business.
If the Engineering has not passed and you select System BOM, QUOTE or Documents you will get an alert
If you CANCEL it will return to the design, if you press CONTINUE it will open the process you selected BOM, QUOTE or DOCUMENTS
At the top will be symbol ENGINEERING FAILED to alert you
In BOM you can Customise Component list as you would normally.
In Quote, you can add installation and extra items and calculate the additional costs
You can calculate and view the cost of the QUOTE, you are not able to print because it has not passed Engineering.
For DOCUMENTS, some options are not available for failed Engineering.
