The following have changed from CCB to LLD

  1. Hexbolts are now supplied, these are easier to use than Cupbolts.

    1. As an added safety feature the Hexbolts now come with Nyloc nuts to prevent connections becoming loose

  2. Tek sizes have been standardised where practicable, so you have less packets of teks to manage

    1. 10 x 16 teks are no longer supplied for Flub and bracket connections; 12g 14x20 (LHIFT20M) teks are now used for connecting the FLUB and the Beam

    2. For coloured beams, coloured screws are provided for all connections

  3. Only 2 14 x 20 x 150 teks are required in the base of an embedded post

  4. Allowances, these have been changed to provide you with a standard qty per model , you can change these in the Bill of Materials if required.
