Navigating our Help Center

On the bottom right of your screen click the message icon to open our support box.

On the "Home" tab, by clicking on Search for help, type in a keyword related to your query such as "posts" and all relevant how to articles will appear.

The “Message” tab allows you to ask specific questions. Our Bot will search for the answer, or send a message to our team to provide you with specific help

The “Tasks” tab are checklists designed to help you perform a particular process in the job

The “Help” tab also directs you to our current list of articles where you can search key terms.

To contact a Lysaght Team Member:

Click on the Support icon on the bottom left corner of the screen

A pop-up email box will appear that allows you to send queries to your local Lysaght Order Entry team regarding:

  • Current orders

  • Deliveries

  • Payments

  • Availability of materials

Populate the field with as much information as possible and click “Send Request”. You can attach a file if required.
