  1. Navigate to the 'Job Page'

  2. Select the 'Help Button'

This is found in the bottom corner of the 'Job Page' and when selected, gives the user information about the 'Job Page' setup

TUTORIAL BUBBLE

When you see a 'Tutorial Bubble' in the software, select it to open various learning topics

LLD SEARCH TOOL

Found on the bottom right of the screen, this is a software generated search tool which allows you to:

  • Search for a topic of choice

  • The 'Message' tab allows you to ask specific questions. Our Chat Bot will search for the answer or send a message to our team to provide you with specific help.

  • 'Tasks' are checklists designed to help you perform a particular process in the job.

  • 'Help' lets you go straight to our current list of articles and search for an answer

Our Intercom service is always evolving and growing, as we analyse our customers' needs and increase our data accordingly

To close Intercom, select the down arrow at the bottom of the Intercom window

Support Button

The support icon on the bottom left corner of the screen is available in the job workspace

Selecting 'Support' will bring up a pop-up email box that allows you to send queries to our Order Entry team regarding:

  • Deliveries

  • Payments

  • Availability of material

Populate the field with as much information as possible and click 'Send Request'. You can attach a file if required.
