The laying direction is visible in the PLAN VIEW as a yellow arrow
To change this, under the Properties menu, under ROOF SHEETING & FLASHINGS, find Sheet Laying under the colour selection. From these options select your preferred laying direction

Select OFFSET and add in the dimensions required
The purpose of the offset is to change the laying direction typically due to a cutout. Changing the laying point can minimise the need to cut sheets on site
