How To: Cancel Orders

When an order is placed by a customer, it appears in the Order Entry Orders bucket.

If the customer needs the order cancelled, select the Order Status drop-down menu, and choose “UNLOCK JOB”.

A pop-up will appear to confirm that unlocking the job will remove the Order Status.

The job will be returned to normal status, and when the page is refreshed, will be removed from the order bucket.
